Job Description

Job Title: IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) Administrator / Developer

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) Administrator / Developer to manage and support enterprise-level SSO, Federation, and Authentication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ISAM configuration, policy management, and integration within secure enterprise or banking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and IBM Verify Access solutions.
  • Implement SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and MFA.
  • Manage Junctions, ACLs, POPs, and Policy Server configurations.
  • Integrate ISAM with LDAP, WebSphere, and Linux environments.
  • Support security, authentication, and access control initiatives.
  • Automate deployments using Ansible / DevOps tools (nice to have).

Required Skills:

Strong experience in IBM ISAM (Base, Advanced Access Control, Federation)

Hands-on with SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, MFA

Knowledge of Reverse Proxy, Authorization Server, Policy Server

Experience with IBM WebSphere and Linux administration

Familiarity with Ansible, AWS, and Identity Management concepts (nice to have)

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Banking / Financial domain
  • Knowledge of Security & Compliance frameworks
