About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin + Business Analyst who can seamlessly balance both technical administration and business analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce configuration experience along with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
This role is 70% Salesforce Administration and 30% Business Analysis, offering a perfect blend of technical and functional exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including configuration, workflow setup, custom form creation, and user management.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage priorities across multiple Salesforce initiatives (Admin work, BA activities, and minor PM responsibilities).
- Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices and process improvements.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (configuration, workflows, forms, dashboards).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or hybrid BA/Admin role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce functional design and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
