This position requires a commitment to SHEIN's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Warehouse Operation Support</p><ol><li>Assist in coordinating with 3PL warehouse teams across various operational areas to enhance their contributions, maintaining clear communication with managers and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Support the preparation and implementation of action plans to meet operational goals and foster ongoing improvement.</li><li>Help oversee departmental tasks, aiming to achieve all target metrics and SLAs, and assist in resolving operational challenges and conducting audits to identify trends.</li><li>Contribute to team motivation, understanding shared goals and how to accomplish them, and participate in recognizing team achievements.</li><li>Utilize WMS, TMS, or other systems to support day-to-day operations efficiently.</li><li>When needed, operate forklifts or reach trucks to support team operations during peak times or staff shortages.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as needed, aligning with warehouse/logistics functions.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Warehouse Maintenance Support</p><ol><li>Coordinate with warehouse management and property management for scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring all maintenance work by various trades, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc., meets the operational needs of a 24/7 operation.</li><li>Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks, having practical knowledge and experience.</li><li>Help maintain records, reports, and correspondence related to maintenance activities.</li><li>Support the procurement and inventory management of maintenance supplies.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Health and Safety Support</p><ol><li>Assist in ensuring departmental compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards.</li><li>Participate in inspecting work progress to ensure adherence to health and safety specifications, safety protocols, and SOPs.</li><li>Contribute to filing health and safety incident reports and providing guidance to ensure project activities comply with health and safety plans.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Forklift and reach truck certification preferred.</li><li>A background in logistics management, business management, or a related field is beneficial.</li><li>1+ years of experience in a distribution or logistics environment.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).</li><li>Highly motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to solving problems.</li><li>Good analytical abilities, capable of identifying and solving challenges effectively.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace</strong></p>
