Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Uline business leaders to define and build new creative solutions for a growing organization.
- Transition business requirements into feature maps and project backlogs required to define the scope of application development efforts.
- Author user stories and lead backlog grooming sessions.
- Identify, define, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions in an agile environment.
- Lead early-stage UI / UX design.
Minimum Requirements
- Open to Sophomores and Juniors majoring in an IT-related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
- Exposure to SQL and programming languages is helpful.
