Truck Team Lead – Active, Outdoor Work (1–5 Ton Driving)<br> Hourly + Bonuses | Full-Time | Lower Mainland<br><br>
Are you a reliable driver who enjoys physical work and leading a small team? Join Recycle-It Canada — a fast-growing company providing property cleanups, junk removal, and light demolition services across the Lower Mainland.<br><br>
We're hiring Truck Team Leads to take charge on-site, work alongside a helper, and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.<br><br>
What You'll Do:<ul><li>Drive a 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton truck (Class 5 license required).</li><li>Lead a small crew — keep the job on schedule and help with loading/unloading.</li><li>Talk to customers, keep job notes, and communicate with dispatch.</li><li>Occasional upsell or provide basic quotes (we'll train you on this).</li><li>Perform cleanups and light demolition work.</li></ul>
<br>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Valid Class 5 Driver's License with 1+ year experience (1–5 ton trucks).</li><li>Strong communicator and physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs).</li><li>Leadership mindset — take initiative and support your teammate.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions.</li></ul>
<br>Skills & Certifications (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Asbestos Awareness or Removal Certification,</li><li>Handyman skills — basic repair, use of power tools, or small demo experience.</li><li>Forklift, First Aid, or Safety certifications are a plus.</li><li>Any experience in construction, junk removal, or moving is valued.</li></ul>
