<p>Talent Acquisition Manager</p><p>Contract</p><p>Mississauga- ONSITE</p><p>80-90k</p><p><b>Accountabilities:</b></p><ul><li>Hire top talent to meet organizational needs and workforce planning objectives</li><li>Evolve and optimize the Talent Acquisition function to align with best practices and business goals</li><li>Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to leadership for informed decision-making</li><li>Manage and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors and strategic partners</li><li>Lead and monitor the work of recruitment staff to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and mandate</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>College or University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience</li></ul><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment processes</li></ul><p><b>Skills & Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Proficient in technology and talent acquisition platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li><li>Experience in project management and process improvement is considered an asset</li><li>Proven ability to lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent</li><li>Skilled in data analysis and presenting insights to inform recruiting strategies</li><li>Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop team capability and enhance candidate and hiring manager experience</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Highly organized with a passion for creating efficient processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experience</li><li>Self-directed, solution-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risks, and providing actionable recommendations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach, build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain consensus to achieve results</li></ul><p><br></p><p>"AI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants for this position".</p>
