<h3>We value hearing from individuals who possess:</h3>

<li>Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management</li>
<li>Strong Leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment</li>
<li>Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)</li>
<li>Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.</li>
<li>Experience with clienteling advantageous</li>
<li>Basic Technology Skills</li>
