Job Description

Provide day-to-day system support, reporting to the CFO’s office, to end-users of the Maximo system, including, but not limited to the following:

o User interface navigation

o Dashboard help

o Dashboard enhancements

o Procurement questions around requisition entry and maintenance of workflow

o Prepare ad-hoc reporting, utilizing integrated tools in Maximo, as requested

o Work order setup, mass close, reopen, etc.

o Setup and maintenance of locations, job plans and preventative maintenance items

o Setup and retirement of assets, asset maintenance/asset hierarchy maintenance (fleet, generation and transmission equipment, etc.)

o Support DataSplice pogram

o Addition of locations, crews, etc.

o Maintain integrations with the PeopleSoft Financial system for inventory and related items

o Maintain custom reporting integrations in Maximo around tax reporting for PeopleSoft Financials

o Uploads files into Maximo for Primavera or other products

– Produce reporting utilizing the BIRT tool or Oracle BI Publisher tool to assist with inventory and work management reporting as requested

o Utilize IBM Maximo delivered reporting tools to develop ad-hoc and standardized reporting 

o Place reporting on a dashboard or integrated into Maximo reporting menu structure with appropriate prompts, etc. to ensure that reporting is sustainable and open to users with proper security levels

o Utilize Oracle BI Publisher (formerly XML Publisher) to delivered additional reports as requested


Qualifications

– Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials/Maximo integration

– 7+ years experience with Maximo work order tracking, asset management, inventory management

– Knowledge of SQL

– BIRT experience
