Job Title: Senior Bath & Kitchen Designer
Location: Bath Emporium Castle Kitchens, Markham, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000- $120,000 Annually (Base + Commission)

We offer a full turnkey solution for our customers from bathroom fixtures, custom cabinetry, appliances, as well as an in house construction team to execute the project.

We are currently seeking a talented, customer-focused Bath & Kitchen Designer to join our team at our Markham location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create custom bath and kitchen designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Site Measurement & Floor Plan Creation: Measure clients' spaces accurately and prepare detailed floor plans using Autocad to ensure precise design implementation.
- 3D Design: Use design software such as 2020, SKETCHUP and 3DS MAX to produce 3D renderings that visually showcase kitchen layouts and product selections.
- Sales: Demonstrate strong sales skills by effectively presenting and selling cabinetry and products to clients. Ensure they understand the value and benefits of the proposed products.
- Appliance Sales: Sell premium appliance packages with custom cabinetry, featuring top-tier brands such as Miele, Thermador, Dacor, Gaggenau, La Cornue, and other high-end brands.
- Client Interaction: Offer expert advice, showcase products, and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends, products, and materials in design, offering tailored recommendations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Follow-up: Maintain contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, answer any questions, and generate repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in bath and kitchen design, interior design, or sales is preferred.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in using design software to create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic appliance knowledge.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients create their dream kitchens.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate designs and measurements.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Passion for Design: A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest kitchen design trends and premium appliance offerings.
Compensation:
- Compensation: $80,000- $120,000 Annually.
- Commission: Generous commission structure based on sales performance, including commissions on the sale of kitchens, bath, kitchen fixtures, and appliance packages.
