<p>Job Description:</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Program Manager</b> to lead large-scale SAP programs integrating <b>SAP SuccessFactors</b> and <b>SAP S/4HANA</b>. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Drive end-to-end program management for integrated SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA implementations.</li><li>Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals.</li><li>Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.</li><li>Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and governance boards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Mandatory Requirements</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Program management experience on large SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA programs.</b></li><li>Must have delivered <b>at least one integrated program</b> where both SuccessFactors and S/4HANA were in scope under the same program.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p></p>
