Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and implementing Salesforce projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. The Salesforce IT Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations to meet business requirements.
Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards for Salesforce development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators to maximize the utilization of Salesforce capabilities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth Salesforce operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience 10+ years as a Project Manager in Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and functionalities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
