Professional Driver with Class 1A Licence - Rural Routes (LCV an asset).<br><br>
Position Summary:<br>CWS Logistics needs a Professional Driver looking for a lifestyle that is hard to come by in the trucking industry.

<br>Job Description:<ul><li>Delivery of agriculture products, to rural retail locations.</li><li>Physically fit.</li><li>Driver assisted off-loads (pallet jack 1000 kgs to back of the trailer).</li><li>Occasionally handling 50 lb bags of seed.</li><li>Days; Monday – Friday, with the occasional Saturday from April to June.</li></ul>
<br>Job Requirements:<ul><li>No existing allergy to agriculture chemicals or pesticides.</li><li>Clean Driver's Abstract and qualify to be added to the CWS Logistics insurance policy without an additional surcharge.</li></ul>
<br>Must provide a pre-employment "Police Criminal Record Check", current within 30 days<ul><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English and do basic math calculations.</li><li>Proven work experience as a truck driver with a Valid Class 1A license.</li><li>Working knowledge of Apple smartphones and IOS.</li><li>Ability to do minor truck repairs, crawl, bend, and kneel to inspect under trucks and trailers.</li><li>Ability to drive long hours, keeping within regulated hours of service legislation.</li><li>Must be able to use ELD(Electronic Logging Device) and Paper Logbook.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.</li><li>Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)</li><li>Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pallet jack 1500 kg pallets of product from the nose of the trailer to the doors.</li><li>Ability to climb trailers, stairs, ladders, and tractors; crank dolly legs and carry dolly pads.</li><li>TDG certification obtained.</li><li>English is spoken and written.</li></ul>
<br>Additional Pay:<ul><li>OT Hours.</li><li>$7500 bonus at end of Contract. (If contract employee) </li><li>Potential for significant bonus pay. (inquire at interview)</li></ul>
