<p><b>Product Manager</b></p><p><b>Job Type:</b> Full-time, Permanent</p><p><b>Location: Montreal, QC</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Overview</b></p><p>Libro is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused <b>Product Manager</b> to join our growing team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the roadmap and execution of key product initiatives across Libro's reservation, guest engagement, and AI-powered solutions.</p><p>You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features that drive customer value and business growth. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about building products for the hospitality industry.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Product Strategy & Roadmap: </b>Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.</li><li><b>Customer & Market Insight: </b>Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, support, and partners to identify problems, validate solutions, and prioritize features.</li><li><b>Requirements & Delivery: </b>Translate product vision into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for the development team. Partner closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </b>Work closely with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to align on priorities, launches, and go-to-market plans.</li><li><b>Data-Driven Decision Making: </b>Track product performance using KPIs and usage data to evaluate success, inform prioritization, and continuously improve the platform.</li><li><b>Launch & Enablement: </b>Support product launches by collaborating on release notes, internal enablement, and customer-facing communications.</li><li><b>Ownership & Accountability: </b>Own features end-to-end-from discovery through launch and iteration-ensuring outcomes align with both customer value and business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience: </b>3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B preferred; hospitality or vertical SaaS a strong asset).</li><li><b>Product Skills: </b>Strong ability to define problems, prioritize effectively, and balance customer needs with technical and business constraints.</li><li><b>Execution: </b>Experience working with agile development teams, writing user stories and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint planning.</li><li><b>Communication: </b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><b>Data Fluency: </b>Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure product success.</li><li><b>Mindset: </b> Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li><li><b>Languages: </b>Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Who are we?</b></p><p>Libro is one of North America's leading online guest experience solutions, providing restaurants with an affordable, fully branded solution to fill tables, manage reservations, reduce no-shows, engage customers, and elevate the overall guest experience.
