Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot company products.
  • Develop new features and updates.
  • Create customized solutions based on customer needs.
  • Design and review new systems being developed by the team.
  • Train and mentor junior resources.
  • Provide technical roadmap and R&D.
  • Assist junior resources in reviewing/debugging any issues.
  • Create customized reports for specific clients.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and train offshore staff members.
  • Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers.
  • Design and manage databases for new/current systems.
  • Collaborate with the networks team for troubleshooting or configurations.
  • Monitor system health from time to time.
  • Manage code for all projects being developed, including TFS repo creation, users, and roles management.
  • Act as a product owner and perform the following:
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders.
    • Create project plans with the scrum team.
    • Design, create, and review technical documents.
    • Create technical workflows and wireframes.
    • Refine backlog and manage team tasks.
    • Review development work with the scrum team.

Requirements & Skills:

• 12-15 years of .NET (MVC / Core) development experience.

• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET).

• Hands-on understanding and knowledge of:

  • Entity Framework and ADO.NET.
  • Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client.
  • Database Designing and T-SQL Programming for MS SQL.

• Practical knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.

• Understanding of Git repository systems like TFS or GitHub.

• Knowledge of JIRA (issue tracking system).

• Knowledge of REST API development.

• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms Development.

• Practical knowledge of using Postman for API testing.

• A keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills.

• Understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs will be a plus.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

Work from Office.
