We are partnering with a leading real estate development group to hire an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for high-profile pre-construction condominium projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to take ownership of sales strategy, team management, and broker relations, while collaborating with marketing and development teams to deliver successful project launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for condominium projects from launch to close-out.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership on pricing, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and manage on-site sales agents, ensuring team performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker networks and industry professionals.
- Oversee sales centre operations, client experience, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive real estate sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in the pre-construction condominium sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area real estate market.
- Established relationships with broker networks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinker with adaptability to market shifts.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
