With 500+ passionate employees, we're shaping the future of the experience economy-bringing people together through music, culture, and hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><p>The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall success of the building; acting as a representative and in the best interest of the venue. The ideal Operations Manager of Adelaide Hall is passionate about Live Music, has great people skills, is business & computer savvy and genuinely enjoys hospitality and guest service. You have your ear to the ground with the local music scene and are excited to act as an ambassador of the venue and our organization as a whole.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>The Fine Print:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Take the lead on all points including operational excellence, service, safety, capacity, atmosphere, overall financial performance this includes but is not limited to timecard approvals, tip pool management and month end cash counts.</li><li>Overall safety and cleanliness of the venue.</li><li>Effectively address guest concerns in a fair and honest way</li><li>Create positive relationships with your team, exhibiting empathy and respect for people at all levels.</li><li>Develop and maintain a positive work culture for all employees</li><li>Be responsible for and take ownership of the training & development of your team and direct reports .</li><li>Ensure brand standards are being met.</li><li>Working alongside our shared services to follow through with service expectations for special events .</li><li>In this position, you will be the champion of Positive Shareable Experiences. You will be empowered to go above and beyond to make the day for your guests in a fun and exciting way for them.
