Job Description

<p>Our client in the financial sector is seeking a short term contract based Data Migration consultant focused on O365/Sharepoint. </p><p><br></p><p>Focus is to ensure all compliance-related data, documents, and communications are organized, accurate, and securely migrated across Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Hybrid Toronto</p><p>Duration: 1.5 - 2 months</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Review and clean up files across the Office 365 platform, ensuring files are current, well-organized, and free of redundancy.</li><li>Migrate documents and datasets between SharePoint sites while maintaining integrity and accessibility.</li><li>Verify and validate all transferred files for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Apply appropriate status tags to documents and ensure compliance-based categorization.</li><li>Assist with cleaning and organizing Excel data and Outlook mailbox archives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>O365/Sharepoint migration experience</li><li>Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office 365</b> (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Working knowledge of <b>SharePoint Online</b> document structures and permissions.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p>
