<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Technology Architect</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, ON (Onsite)</p><p><strong>Client:</strong> Public Sector</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Technology Architect - Senior</strong> with deep hands-on expertise in <strong>MS Dynamics 365, Azure cloud architecture, microservices, API design, and enterprise-level system integration</strong>. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading architecture design from concept to implementation in <strong>large-scale, cross-platform, cloud-native environments</strong>. This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to translate business needs into architecture models, and hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills & Expertise (Technical Skills - 40%):</strong></p><ul><li>Deep hands-on experience with <strong>MS Dynamics 365</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Dynamics interoperability, integration, and Microsoft cloud ecosystem</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>low-code and custom development</strong> on Dynamics 365</li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Dataverse design and development</strong></li><li>Expertise in designing <strong>enterprise-level cloud-native architectures</strong></li><li>Experience designing <strong>microservices</strong>, containerized systems, and Kubernetes-based architectures</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>custom-code development projects</strong></li><li>Expertise designing cloud systems using <strong>IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS</strong></li><li>Working knowledge of integration with <strong>Azure cloud technologies</strong></li><li>Expert knowledge of <strong>API development</strong>, especially RESTful services</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Azure development</strong>, DevOps pipelines, task boards</li><li>Working knowledge of multiple backend & frontend technologies: <strong>Java, .NET, JAM stack</strong></li><li>Expert knowledge of <strong>Cloud Security Principles</strong> (Azure AD B2C, Okta Authentication)</li><li>Experience preparing <strong>solution architecture documentation</strong> based on industry standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience (40%):</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience with <strong>Azure cloud platforms</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Dynamics 365 Case Management, Customer Service, Sales modules</strong></li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Power Platform</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profile, Workstream, Routing</strong></li><li>Experience building <strong>custom APIs and web services</strong></li><li>Proficiency across <strong>SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models</strong></li><li>Azure certifications preferred</li><li>Experience working with <strong>Agile methodologies</strong>, including Kanban/task boards</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>RESTful APIs</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>custom code backend systems</strong></li><li>Deep expertise in <strong>Cloud Security Principles</strong> (Azure AD B2C, Okta)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Communication Skills (20%):</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills to prepare <strong>solution documentation, reports, reviews, and assessments</strong></li><li>Ability to clearly present architecture/design concepts to business and technical stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Agent Experience Profile, Workstream & Routing</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, recommend, implement, and manage <strong>technical architectures</strong> across large distributed environments</li><li>Lead architecture design from <strong>concept to implementation</strong></li><li>Prepare conceptual, logical, and physical <strong>architecture models and diagrams</strong></li><li>Guide teams using <strong>structured methodologies</strong>, ITIL processes, and best practices</li><li>Translate <strong>business requirements</strong> into technical architecture solutions</li><li>Design <strong>cloud-native systems</strong>, microservices, and containerized workloads</li><li>Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability across platforms</li><li>Lead and support <strong>MS Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud architecture</strong> initiatives</li><li>Build, optimize, and integrate <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> and cloud services</li><li>Leverage CASE tools, project management tools, and enterprise architecture frameworks</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies</li><li>Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience creating enterprise architecture deliverables based on <strong>Ontario Government EA standards</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Enterprise Content Management (OpenText)</strong></li><li>Understanding of
