<h3><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></h3>
<p><b>We’re looking for a dedicated Mold Maintenance Specialist to join our team on the Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday)</b>. In this role, you will restore and maintain proper mold geometry, for proper part specifications, be responsible for the proper application of the mold release interface and will work under close supervision while developing confidence and foundational technical skills.</p>

<h3><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Restore and maintain proper mold geometry per parts specifications.</li>
<li>Able to work on body frame, wheels and hardware maintenance.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints.</li>
<li>Uses a pneumatic polisher while working with rubbing/polishing compounds.</li>
<li>Able to work with chemicals (PPE provided)</li>
<li>Communicates with production crew to identify mold issues and to schedule mold maintenance.</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate in a team environment to complete production objectives in a timely manner.</li>
<li> Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and be self-motived.</li>
<li>Utilizes various hand tools and pneumatic tools to patch, sand, and spray.</li>
<li>Prior experience with gel-coat finish or fiberglass reinforced plastics industry a plus but not required.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school is an asset).</li>
<li>Experienced working in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.</li>
<li>Fiberglass experience is an additional asset.</li>
<li>Previous experience with fiberglass, preparer, lamination, sandable grey gel coat, injection, demolding or finishing is preferred.</li>
<li>Automotive body works experience is an asset.</li>
<li>Fine carpentry experience is an asset</li>
