The candidate must ensure high-quality output, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards. The role involves equipment setup, process control, and monitoring of critical production parameters while supporting preventive maintenance and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your key Competencies</b></p><p>➢ Operate and monitor the insulated metal panel production line to ensure consistent, high-quality product.</p><p>➢ Adjust and optimize foaming, laminating, and curing processes, controlling line speed, temperature, and line pressure.</p><p>➢ Perform cutting, trimming, stacking, packaging, and in-line quality inspections for thickness, density, adhesion, and surface integrity.</p><p>➢ Maintaining the routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.</p><p>➢ Maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding safety standards, quality protocols, and continuous process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills</b></p><p>➢ Minimum high school diploma, with technical certification will be preferred.</p><p>➢ Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in the foam industry, will be considered an asset.</p><p>➢ Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.</p><p>➢ Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.</p><p>➢ Strong proficiency in English, with excellent writing and reporting skills.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Requirements</b></p><p>➢ Canadian safety tickets, including WHMIS, First Aid & CPR, are required.</p><p>➢ The position requires standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.
