Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at Attitude IT in Whitby, ON. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers and information technology systems, and assisting with help desk support. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Help Desk Support experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data compliance is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
