IT Support – Hardware Specialist (On-site only)

PioneerRx Pharmacy Software is looking for Hardware Support representatives who are able to work in our Shreveport, LA office. This role is on-site only.

Job Description:
After PioneerRx customers install our software, it’s up to you to provide them with in-depth troubleshooting and hardware support. You need to be willing to learn and adapt to new concepts, provide exceptional customer service, and support a variety of applications and hardware.

What we are looking for:
2 + years of experience in IT systems and installation/application support
Experience with Windows operating system support including Windows Server 2012-2016
Experience with remote support, routers, networking, and hardware
Strong LAN/WAN/Print Server troubleshooting skills
Ability to install operating systems, drivers and applications
Excellent phone communication skills, including a professional and confident speaking tone
Ability to efficiently manage time and multi-task
