In your role, you will
• Act as point of contact for the key Sales stakeholders. Understand their interests and motivations, develop strategies, translating needs into functional and technical requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements, end-to-end process, in alignment with Bombardier strategy and architecture, securing high quality standard and use of best practices, aligned with market trends.
• Control, evaluate and prioritize the Sales demand in collaboration with IT Core functions and Business partners applying an end-to-end view, promoting standardization, integration, and foster innovation.
• Provides technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting problems reported by Sales end-user(s).
As our ideal candidate
• You hold a university Degree in Management or Computer Science or equivalent
• You have 10 years of relevant experience IT CRM Solution like: SAP and Salesforce
• You have 5 years of relevant experience: in the field of Architecture, Applications / Business / IT Consulting / Aerospace.
• You have strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
