Via Seating is hiring a Helpdesk Technician in our IT Department

to join our team in Sparks, NV!!

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will address user tickets, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure efficient use of technology for our users. This role requires strong team collaboration, great communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to IT support. Our IT/IS Systems Technician is a safety sensitive position.

Position is full-time and works 40+ hours/week Monday-Friday. This is an in-office/on-site position.

Pay from $45 – $55K annually, DOE!
