I am currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator for one of our customers. This is a permanent position, with the possibility of telecommuting. Salary varies according to experience ($95,000 to $115,000). Your responsibilities will include : – Lead and supervise a user support team as a system administrator. – Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability and security. – Establish and enforce hardware standards, policies and support processes. – Manage and resolve network infrastructure issues, including routers, switches and firewalls. – Ensure the stability and security of existing servers. – Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. – Responsible for budget and recruitment with the IT Manager. – Contribute to the realization of projects and influence technological choices to facilitate integration and operation ; – University degree or equivalent. – Minimum 2 years experience as a team leader in an IT operational environment. – In-depth knowledge of systems administration, configuration management and change management best practices. – In-depth understanding of networking principles and experience in managing network equipment. – In-depth knowledge of security systems – Mastery of hardware, software, firmware and network technologies. – Strong communication and leadership skills. – Fluent written and spoken French and English.
