<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Athena Cultivation</strong></p><p><strong>Harvesting Labourer</strong></p><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and irrigate soil; monitor and maintain irrigation systems.</p></li><li><p>Plant, fertilize, thin, and harvest crops; monitor plant health and environmental risks.</p></li><li><p>Participate in harvesting, sorting, weighing, packing, trimming, milling, drying, and sample collection.</p></li><li><p>Conduct checks on equipment, repair irrigation, trim weeds, clean workspaces, and maintain farm tools.</p></li><li><p>Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm products.</p></li><li><p>Ensure cleanliness of equipment and growing areas per sanitation protocols.</p></li><li><p>Assist in plant culling with leadership and follow farm management guidelines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 1 year experience required</p></li><li><p>Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 20 kilograms</p></li><li><p>Extended periods of stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, and standing.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Salary: </strong>$20.00/hour</p><p><strong>Bonus: </strong>Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers discretion.</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time permanent minimum 32 hours per week.</p><p><strong>Language: </strong>At least intermediate English is required.</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> London, Ontario </p><p><br /></p></p></p>
