Based in Mississauga, ON | GTA Coverage (Hamilton → Toronto → Ajax/Pickering)
$35.00–$45.00/hr (flexible for strong troubleshooters)
Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | OT after 44 hrs
Take-home service van

We are hiring a Field Service Technician to support a modern, business-to-business equipment rental operation across the GTA. This role is 70% field-based / 30% shop-based, ideal for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, independence, and working as part of a strong service team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair aerial lifts and forklifts in the field
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
• Handle complex breakdowns and hard-down repairs calmly and professionally
• Complete some shop work out of the Mississauga location
• Participate in a limited, rotational on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting skills (not a parts-changer)
• Experience with rental, forklift, aerial, or heavy equipment
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, no ego
• Valid driver’s license and reliable work history with strong references
