Ne cherchez pas plus loin, ce poste est fait pour vous!<br><br>Nous recherchons des professionnels en <strong>entranement de groupe</strong> pour diriger nos sances fondes sur la science et la technologie. Nos entraneurs(euses) accordent la priorit nos membres et leur dmontrent quils font partie intgrante de la communaut en studio. Grce ce niveau dengagement, nos membres sont motivs et dsireux de donner le meilleur deux-mmes chaque cours, ce qui nous rend toujours fiers. <br><br><strong>Voici un aperu de la nature du poste :</strong><br /><ul><li>Diriger et motiver les membres lors dentranements prtablis</li><li>Travailler dans un environnement de mise en forme de groupe au rythme rapide</li><li>tre polyvalent afin de garantir que tous les participants aux sances vivent une exprience de haute qualit</li><li>Aider les membres se fixer et atteindre des objectifs</li><li>Collaborer avec lquipe des ventes afin de guider les dbutants lors de leur premire sance Orangetheory</li><li>Sassurer que les membres effectuent bien les exercices et proposer des corrections au besoin</li><li>Comprendre la science sur laquelle se fondent nos entranements et les programmes dentranement axs sur la frquence cardiaque dans leur ensemble, et tre au courant de ce que propose la concurrence</li><li>Savoir comment utiliser et dmontrer lutilisation de chaque dispositif servant durant toute sance dentranement</li><li>Avoir lesprit dquipe</li></ul>Un certificat en conditionnement physique de groupe et/ou en entranement personnel ainsi quun certificat de RCP/DEA/premiers soins sont indispensables pour tre retenu pour ce poste.<br><br>Si vous vous passionnez pour la mise en forme et que vous souhaitez contribuer notre mission qui consiste aider nos membres et notre communaut dborder de vie, communiquez avec nous!<br><br><strong>Job Description:</strong><br />Join the fast-growing phenomenon where you get to work alongside industry-leading talent in a high-performance culture who are passionate, experienced, and determined. Our coaches prioritize our members and make it known that theyre an integral part of the studio community. This level of commitment leaves our members feeling inspired and eager to show up as their best selves to every class, always making us proud.<br><br><strong>Here is more of what the role entails:</strong><br /><ul><li>Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts</li><li>Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting</li><li>Multitasking to ensure that all class participants have a high-quality experience</li><li>Helping members set and achieve goals</li><li>Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to guide interested consumers, also known as intros, through their first Orangetheory workout</li><li>Ensuring members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they arent</li><li>Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing</li><li>Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout</li><li>Being a team player</li></ul>This position will involve 6-10+ hours a week of coaching.
