<p>Job Overview</p><p>We are excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to our team at Revive Smiles.<br><br>This position is initially to cover time off in December, with the possibility of continuing as a full-time role for the right candidate.</p><p>The ideal applicant is HARP-certified, has experience assisting with surgical procedures (especially implants), and feels comfortable using digital intraoral scanners. However, we also encourage enthusiastic, quick learners who are eager to grow in a supportive, surgery-focused dental environment to apply.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental implant surgeries and general procedures</li><li>Assist the dentist during surgical and routine dental treatments</li><li>Take and process X-rays (HARP certification required)</li><li>Perform intraoral scanning for impressions and treatment planning</li><li>Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols</li><li>Organize and manage surgical instruments and supplies</li><li>Provide post-op instructions and ensure a positive patient experience</li><li>Accurately chart and record clinical information</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>HARP Certification (required)</li><li>Experience in surgical dentistry and/or dental implants preferred</li><li>Familiarity with digital scanners (Trios, iTero,Shinning 3D etc.) is an asset</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Familiarity with dental software is a plus</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Training and development in dental implants and surgical assisting</li><li>Potential to transition to a full-time permanent role after December</li></ul><p>If you're passionate about dentistry and excited to grow your skills in an implant-focused practice, we'd love to meet you</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
