Summary:
- Drive new business through outbound communication and strategic lead prioritization.
- Utilize data to identify prospects and build a robust pipeline.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships within the assigned book of accounts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and solutions.
- Adopt a consultative approach to address business challenges and recommend cross-functional solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams as needed to drive customer outcomes.
- Manage escalations and post-sales queries effectively.
- Implement best-in-class tools and processes for team success in collaboration with digital sales managers.
Success Criteria:
- Achieve overall revenue growth within the book of accounts.
- Lead conversion rates.
- Pipeline development.

- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to stay aligned with services, solutions, and sales methodologies.
- Regularly communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and effective addressing of customer needs.

Knowledge & Experience
- 1- 6 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of enterprise technology
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation
- Track record of relationship building
- Customer onboarding and handling
- Previous technology sales experience required
- Experience with CRM systems a bonus
