  • Drive new business through outbound communication and strategic lead prioritization.
  • Utilize data to identify prospects and build a robust pipeline.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships within the assigned book of accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to address business challenges and recommend cross-functional solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams as needed to drive customer outcomes.
  • Manage escalations and post-sales queries effectively.
  • Implement best-in-class tools and processes for team success in collaboration with digital sales managers.

Success Criteria:

  • Achieve overall revenue growth within the book of accounts.
  • Lead conversion rates.
  • Pipeline development.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to stay aligned with services, solutions, and sales methodologies.
  • Regularly communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and effective addressing of customer needs.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1- 6 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation

  • Previous technology sales experience required
  • Experience with CRM systems a bonus
