Job Description

We are currently looking to fill an administrator position in customer service and marketing for our Calgary based facility.  The main function of this role would be day to day administrative tasks, customer service, and to help develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote our services.<br><br>
About Us:
Fleet Works is a service, repair, and paint facility specializing in fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles, and specialized equipment.  We offer maintenance, mechanical repairs, collision repair, refinishing, abrasive media blasting, other repair, and installation services to our business customers in the Southern Alberta area.  <br><br>
Duties Include:<ul><li>Day to day administrative tasks:  greeting visitors, receiving calls, calling customers, emails, repair orders, bookkeeping, etc.</li><li>Promotion of our services to the industry, our existing customer base, and our prospective customer base.  </li><li>Setting up and maintaining a CRM system.  </li><li>Customer service for the follow up related to our services and the establishment of a customer satisfaction index.  </li><li>Working with our graphics designer on development of promotional materials – website, brochures, signage, etc.  </li><li>Establishing and maintaining an online presence that will reach our target customer base.</li><li>Establish and maintain a database to keep in contact with our existing and potential customers.  </li><li>Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with management, customers, suppliers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.</li><li>Other duties and tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
 
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development would be beneficial.  This could be in customer service, sales, advertising, graphic design, website design, etc.</li><li>Education in marketing or business management would be beneficial.</li><li>Computer skills and familiarity with related software, mainly QuickBooks and Salesforce.  </li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, interact, etc.  </li><li>Ability to be able to promote our business in the industry.</li></ul>
 
Position Characteristics and Workplace Factors:<ul><li>Keyboarding.</li><li>Driving, must have a valid driver's license.</li><li>Infrequent exposure to the following elements:<ul><li>Fumes </li><li>Dirt, Dust </li><li>Chemicals / Toxins </li><li>Hazards </li><li>Heat / cold </li><li>Noise <br><br></li></ul></li></ul>
