Rising Ground’s is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to both the entire MIS team and the Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Department.
Responsibilities
· Handle a high volume of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion; schedule meetings and assist in managing documentation, supplies, and materials and equipment related to technology and network
· Perform light data entry, general expense management, and proofread internal and external documents
· Handle coordination, distribution and tracking of Purchase Requisitions for technology equipment ordered through the MIS department
· Assist in managing the inventory of all hardware that is assigned to Rising Ground Staff.
· Coordinate the distribution of Rising Ground sponsored cell phones & laptops.
· Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
· Conduct research, compile information and execute small projects at the direction of the Assistant Vice President, MIS and/or the Vice President, Real Estate & Infrastructure Operations
· Receive and organize all invoices managed by the MIS department and ensure they are submitted for signature and payment to our Accounts Payable department.
Qualifications
· Associates Degree or higher, preferred
· Experience working with organizational leadership and executives in an administrative capacity
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with solid and independent decision-making capability
· A professional demeanor and ability to work at an executive level of the organization
· Ability to communicate across a large global organization
· Strong work ethic and ability to respect the confidentiality of certain work items
· Ability to prioritize work and be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced environment
