Job Title: Welding Instructor – MIG, TIG & Stick
Location: Mississauga, ON
About Us:
Onsite Weldforce Corporation is a professional welding training school located in Mississauga, dedicated to equipping students with hands-on skills and practical knowledge to succeed in the trades. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Welding Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding techniques
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on training
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all safety protocols and welding standards are strictly followed
- Prepare students for industry certifications and job readiness
- Maintain welding equipment and training area in excellent condition
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- CWB Certification
- Red Seal endorsement it is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and safety
