Job Description

Adecco is currently looking a Warehouse Manager in to join our client's team in Vaughan, ON. This is a full-time role offering $28-$32 per hour. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory and logistics, and lead a small team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Pay rate: $28-$32/hour.

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and staging.
  
• Lead and develop warehouse team, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  
• Operate and supervise equipment use, maintenance, and safety compliance.
  
• Ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely dispatch.
  
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and optimize warehouse layout.
  
• Utilize NetSuite ERP and shipping software for inventory, orders, and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, planning, and reporting.
  

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  
• 4+ years' experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  
• Valid Forklift & Reach Truck license with hands-on experience.
  
• Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and computer applications.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.
  
• WHMIS and Fall Arrest certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  
• Team leadership and staff development
