We lead in the provision of innovative and cost-effective services for improving energy performance for commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional facilities in both the private and public sectors.</p><p><br /></p><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Shipping and loading trucks</p><p>Receiving delivery of materials from vendors</p><p>Collect and compile the receipt of packing materials and waybills</p><p>Organize and maintain inventory records of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies</p><p>Perform physical inventory counts to reconcile against documented quantities</p><p>Prepare package of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies for delivery and pickup</p><p>Maintaining facility tidiness</p><p>Coordinate waste and recycling pickups</p><p>Make deliveries to clients and pick up of inventory from suppliers</p><p><br /></p><p>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs</p><p>Superior organization skills, attention to detail and time management</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills required</p><p>Forklift or reach truck certification is preferred</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>Valid G Drivers License</p><p><br /></p><p>Work Term</p><p>This is a 1 year contract</p><p><br /></p><p>Hours of Work</p><p>8:30am - 5pm (August - September)</p><p>4am - 12pm (October - February)</p><p>8:30am - 5:00pm (March - August)</p><p><br><br></p><p>*** This posting is for an existing vacancy***</p></p></p>
