Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and complete Dealer orders, ensuring timely and safe execution.
• Efficiently put away inbound materials, adhering to established procedures and meeting company benchmarks.
• Champion a culture of safety, performing all duties with utmost consideration for personal well-being and the working environment.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to quality, striving for zero errors in all order completions.
• Promptly report any operational irregularities or concerns to designated Supervisors or Managers.
• Skillfully manage multiple deadlines and effectively handle emergency requests with efficiency.
Qualifications
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 3 to 6 months of hands-on material handling experience or relevant training.
• Comfort working at heights and a proactive willingness to achieve in-house certification on various forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
• Demonstrated prior experience within a warehouse environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
