<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b><strong>People Store Staffing</strong></b> <b><strong>Solutions </strong></b>is looking to hire Distribution Centre Associates for our client, the largest online grocery distribution project in Canada – state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located in Balzac, Alberta.</p><p><b><strong>Pay Rate: </strong></b>Starting at $17.00 per hour</p><p><b><strong>Shifts: </strong></b>Days 7am to 5pm Nights 8pm to 4am</p><p><i><b><strong>Part time to full time job opportunity!</strong></b></i></p><p><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Must be comfortable working in <b><strong>cold environmen</strong></b>t (15 degrees to -15 degrees depending on area)</li><li>Must be comfortable working with food <b><strong>(pork, meat, dairy, chicken, etc)</strong></b></li><li>Keen attention to detail.</li><li>Must pass a criminal background check</li><li>Must have a <b><strong>reliable vehicle</strong></b> as the location doesn&#39;t have access to any public transportation.</li><li>Strong Assets:</li><li><ul><li>Forklift License</li><li>Inventory or Training Experience</li></ul></li></ul><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Ensuring quality and accuracy to every customer order – acts as an advocate to create the end-to-end customer experience with personal accountability.</li><li>The facility is temperature controlled. Must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from 0&degree;C - 15&degree;C.</li><li>Picking and Bagging customer orders into Customer Delivery Totes using state of art system (Ocado Smart Platform), ensuring the highest quality packing standards.</li><li>Support receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into Hive Totes using a state of art system (Ocado Smart Platform).</li><li>Working in the Dispatch Zone, Teammates are responsible for loading customer orders into delivery vans and de-kitting the returned assets.</li><li>Utilize hand scan (Radio Frequency Device) technology.</li><li>Utilize Mechanical Handling Equipment where applicable.</li><li>As a Personal Shopper, it is expected to be mobile and able to complete repetitive tasks throughout the shift.</li><li>Able to consistently lift/handle product up to 40lbs, continuously throughout the day.
