Seeking an IT Applications Director, Oracle Cloud Applications that will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of both financial and HCM applications within our client’s organization.The Senior leadership position will be instrumental in driving the delivery for all Financial system capabilities in support of a multi-year Product Roadmap. Collaboration with Applications, Architecture, Data, Stakeholders to develop strategic vision and adherence to overall IT strategy.Primary Responsibilities:Manage overall Oracle Fusion Financial ecosystem (includes HCM and Financials); lead the SDLC process for the Platform.Serve as Solutions Architect; Understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and future state) and determine corresponding solution architecture design and change requirements to drive targeted business outcomes. Provide subject matter expertise and leading edge-thinking on trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques.Oversees the implementation plans execution through to successful completion, with hands on involvement as needed. Works collaboratively with Project/Program Managers in all aspects of the initiatives.Measure, analyze and communicate project and support metrics to ensure successful delivery and operations of the financial ecosystem.Maintain Oracle POD strategy for the financial ecosystem and work with cross functional teams for downstream/upstream connectivity.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills needed to facilitate brainstorming sessions, build consensus, and solutions through governance forums.Position Qualifications:8+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Financials and/or EPM platforms.5+ years at Director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful technology teams.5+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using appropriate SDLC methodologies.Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms (EPM and Financials) with knowledge of core Oracle Fusion Financial configurations and standard practices.Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
