Full Job Description:

Reports to Director of Customer Success Position Summary: Responsible for the resolution of Vizzn Software client issues including diagnosing, reporting, triaging, and escalation of issues to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with software clients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Complete detailed ticketing for requests for software support issues, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates and times involved.
  • Prioritizes and appropriately escalates issues to assure timely problem resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with steady attention to detail
  • Assist Director of Customer Success in creating documentation pertaining to software troubleshooting, usage, and training.
  • Assist Director of Customer Success with scheduling Zoom and Microsoft Teams training requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1+ year in a Software Support role would be considered an asset
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Quick learner. Maintains excellent working relationships with clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating via telephone, e-mail, instant messaging, and using web conferencing applications such as Zoom or MS Teams
  • Experienced with trouble shooting software issues
  • Experienced with software testing
  • Good team skills and attitude
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Must be able to commute to our office located in Rocky View County, AB.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
  • CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
