The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with consultative sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend equipment and solutions, and close new business while building long-term partnerships.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop new business within an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.</li><li>Present and demonstrate environmental monitoring technologies (gas analyzers, particulate instruments, calibration tools, etc.) to clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers — including environmental consultants, industrial facilities, government agencies, and research organizations.</li><li>Prepare tailored quotes and proposals based on client needs and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM system.</li><li>Collaborate with technical support, product specialists, and operations to ensure successful delivery, installation, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or scientific equipment, industrial instrumentation, environmental services, or related sectors.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand and explain technical product features and translate them into customer value.</li><li>Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the field.</li><li>Comfortable with frequent travel within the territory.</li><li>Valid driver's license required.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems is a plus.</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.</li><li>Travel or mileage reimbursement.</li><li>Ongoing training on environmental instrumentation and market trends.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth in a specialized technology market.</li><li>Supportive team environment with a focus on technical excellence and customer service.</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
