Infosys is seeking a Experienced Guidewire Technical Program manager with additional role as Transformation Lead sought for onshore role. In this role talent is expected to manage complex projects, lead teams, and ensured successful Guidewire Cloud Implementation and bring deep expertise in Guidewire core modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter) – Self-managed and Cloud version and P&C industry essential. Required skills 15 years of IT experience and 8 years of experience in leading and driving Guidewire programs and located in and around Toronto, ON, Canada Strong experience in Guidewire Config & Integration in self-managed (8.x and above) and cloud version (Aspen and above) Good experience in Property and Casualty domain Good knowledge in Insurance Domain and any certifications in Insurance is an added advantage. Expertise in Project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid etc.,) and should have hands-on in JIRA tool to update Sprint User stories & Track project metrics in JIRA. Experience in project execution under New Implementation, Application Maintenance and Technical Migration/upgrade Customer communication & presentation skill and should play an independent Leader role from Customer location to manage project deliverables by working with Onsite delivery Teams (Dev, QA, BA & Customer Stakeholders) and offshore stakeholders Customer management experience with high experience in Onsite based projects Need to have consulting and advisory skills to provide suggestions to customer on new Projects/initiatives, areas for improvement, best practices etc., Experience in working in RFI. RFP Should be a People Manager and should play a mentor role & guide Team if any Issues or Crisis Should be process compliant Guidewire certification will be an added advantage External certification(s) in Project/Program Management will be an Added Advantage Good to Have Experience in working latest digital technologies will be added advantage Eager to learn and apply new technology for application remediation and enhancement.
