We are a VC backed health tech startup that has been around for 5 years and have recently experienced immense growth. With 1% of market captured, we are looking to aggressively expand our sales team to grow even more. Come join us!

As a sales rep, you will be expected to make cold calls to prospective clients and book a certain number of demos per week. We provide a training program and you always have the support of the team to help you achieve your sales goals.
There is also an immediate path for you to become a closing Account Executive at One Step.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify qualified leads
  • Cold outreach via email and phone
  • Manage prospective clients’ expectations and overcome objections
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in a sales role
  • Cold calling experience (75-100 calls a day)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Thirst for learning
