<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure safe and secure operations, in accordance with the health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information to Management and Cargo Movement Control.</li>
<li>Maintain and enforce company procedures relating to the workplace (attendance, uniforms, equipment operation, safety).</li>
<li>Delegate responsibilities of Ramp activities & oversee performance and productivity.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey.</li>
<li>Provide direction to Ramp staff in order to maintain on-time performance of all flight and truck departures.</li>
<li>Create a positive customer experience while meeting Customer and company standards pertaining to quality of work performance.</li>
<li>Provide leadership, motivation and direction to staff, as well as train and develop new staff.</li>
<li>Maintain & improve operations by suggesting time/cost saving ideas and operational strategies.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, Post‑Secondary education in an Aviation related or Management program would be an asset.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience in the air cargo industry.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be detail‑oriented and have good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Must be reliable and have strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.</li>
<li>Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid Driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).</li>
</ul>
