<p><h3>Sr DI Infrastructure Analyst – Informatica Cloud</h3><p>Sun Life | Hybrid | Full-time</p><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Provide exceptional product, infrastructure, and administration support, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction</li><li>Participate in rotational on-call operational support, including after-hours</li><li>Manage diverse user requests, including technical troubleshooting, business application environment setup, and software consulting</li><li>Support software assessments and upgrades following established processes</li><li>Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Contribute to Sun Life's Digital Enterprise journey by being client-focused and agile</li><li>Ensure system recoverability and participate in Disaster Recovery tests</li><li>Deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget</li><li>Adhere to information delivery standards and guidelines</li><li>Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting, system implementation, and migration</li></ul><h3>What will you need to succeed</h3><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li><li>2+ Years of experience implementing and providing infrastructure support for Informatica Cloud</li><li>2+ Years of experience working with Unix & Windows Operating Systems</li><li>1-3+ Years of experience setting up/supporting software running on Amazon Web Services (AWS)</li><li>General Mainframe experience is an asset</li></ul><h3>What’s in it for you</h3><ul><li>Great Place to Work® certifications across all participating markets in 2024</li><li>Great Place to Work® award for Best Workplaces for #HybridWork</li><li>2022 Named “Best Places to Work” by Glassdoor - 2021</li><li>Canada Award for Excellence for Mental Health at Work</li><li>Flexible hybrid work model including in-country work-from-home.</li><li>Pension, stock, savings, and health benefits programs to help build and enhance your future financial security</li></ul><p>Base Pay range: 90,000–140,000. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
