This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality product development and bring creative design solutions to life within a collaborative, team-driven environment.</p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>SolidWorks Expert will play a key role in designing 3D models, assemblies, and product prototypes using SolidWorks software. This role requires a deep understanding of SolidWorks, mechanical design principles, and a strong ability to transform conceptual ideas into detailed, manufacturable designs. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in using SolidWorks for product design, engineering analysis, and documentation.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Create, modify, and optimize 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks</li><li>Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems that meet project specifications and quality standards</li><li>Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability</li><li>Perform design calculations and simulations (e.g., stress, thermal, motion) to ensure design integrity</li><li>Develop product specifications, detailed drawings, and documentation for production</li><li>Assist with the preparation of prototypes and coordinate testing and validation of designs</li><li>Analyze and resolve design issues, proposing innovative solutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices</li><li>Stay current with SolidWorks updates, tools, and design trends</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience using SolidWorks for product design and development</li><li>Proficient in creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings</li><li>Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals</li><li>Experience with simulation tools (e.g., FEA, motion analysis) within SolidWorks</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot design problems and develop effective solutions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy in design</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>SolidWorks Certification (e.g., CSWP or CSWE)</li><li>Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and other design software</li><li>Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards</li><li>Familiarity with CAD CAM systems and integration with CNC machining</li></ul><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage</li><li>Opportunities for overtime</li><li>Career advancement</li><li>Supportive work environment</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul><p> </p><p>Stay connected with us!</p><p>Follow us on LinkedIn for more job opportunities and updates:</p><p><span >www.linkedin.com/in/arisetalenthub</span></p><p> </p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul><p> </p><p>Work Location: In person</p></p></p>
