DayToDay Responsbilities: Interacting with clients to get requirements. Need someone who is able to challenge the customer if they can’t confirm the ROI; need a confident communicator who holds their ground. Taking requirements from the customers and turn into something meaningful. Finding optimal solutions and deciding how to create the requirements in ServiceNow. Must Have: 5 years of ServiceNow development (not an Admin, need someone who works in Engineering) Familiar with Ansible VMWare, storage, networking & Azure knowledge Very confident, good attitude & strong communication
