Hunter is proud to be a Platinum level member of the “Best Managed Companies” program in Canada.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent and Development Specialist to join our collaborative and supportive Global HR team.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive key initiatives that shape and grow the talent across all levels of the organization.  This position will report to the VP People, Culture and Sustainability.</p><p><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to assess training needs and skill gaps across the business and develop tailored learning solutions</p></li><li><p>Curate, create, and facilitate engaging training programs, including leadership development, sales, compliance, and soft skills training for all levels of the business</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure onboarding plans are role-specific and aligned with business needs</p></li><li><p>Design and manage a structured 30-60-90-day onboarding program to accelerate new hire integration and performance</p></li><li><p>Administer and optimize our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver scalable and impactful learning experiences</p></li><li><p>Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and KPIs to continuously improve content and delivery</p></li><li><p>Support managers and HR Business partners in building development plans for employees utilizing LMS and other internal resources</p></li><li><p>Promote a culture of continuous growth and capability building</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with external learning vendors as required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Post Secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult learning, or related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in training and talent development</p></li><li><p>Proven experience with learning management systems (Alchemy and Skillsoft Percipio) and instructional design</p></li><li><p>Experience managing onboarding through an HRIS is considered an asset</p></li><li><p>Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person, virtual, and hybrid</p></li><li><p>Experience analyzing learning impact and tracking development KPIs</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for developing others</p></li><li><p>Experience working in the manufacturing industry is considered an asset</p></li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A competitive compensation package.</p></li><li><p>An excellent company-paid benefit package including health, dental, life, a matching group RRSP, skills development, and training reimbursement.</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic, and successful global team.
