<li>Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick‑off to close</li>
<li>Understand and apply data effectively in your searches, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics</li>
<li>Develop strategic hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision‑making</li>
<li>Build and execute targeted diversity sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards</li>
<li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes</li>

<h3>You should have</h3>

<li>Full‑cycle recruitment experience, including demonstrated success in running Director‑level searches</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of structured hiring and the role of DE&I in it</li>

<li>Effective time management and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice</li>
