We are looking for someone fun who likes to be challenged but also enjoys a fun work environment of like-minded people. This person is willing to work extra hours and ensure escalations and service issues are resolved in a timely manner. As a member of the Anchor helpdesk team, your #1 priority is customer satisfaction. This person must also have excellent written skills and be able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.</p><p></p><p>Minimum 6-8 years experience in IT. At least 2 years of Managed Services Helpdesk experience is desirable.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Take escalations from the Helpdesk Team</li><li> Provide support to other staff members</li><li> Work with the Professional Services team to ensure projects are received into the Help Desk properly</li></ul><p></p><p>Key competencies:</p><ul><li> VMWare vSphere 5.x/6.x/7.x (VCP is an asset)</li><li> Microsoft Hyper-V (MCSE, MCSA MCP would be an asset)</li><li> Experience with Server/storage implementation and support (Lenovo, HP, DELL)</li><li> Strong networking skills; (Fortinet certifications are an asset)</li><li> Microsoft Azure</li><li> Microsoft Office 365</li><li> SharePoint</li></ul><p></p><p>Come join the Anchor Team!</p><p>All employees are provided food at the office, coffee, pop, snacks, and parking.</p><p>All employees receive a pension plan.</p><p>All employees receive a benefits plan for you and your family.</p><p></p><p>Take that next step with Anchor and join our amazing award-winning team!</p></p></p>
