Job Title: Senior Solutions Designer
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 3 months Contract
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Range: C$800 – C$850/ Day

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Designer to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, coordination, and facilitation for RLSO Maintenance and Support tasks.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for RLSO technical issues and enhancements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support coordination for QA and UAT testing, cloud pipeline management, and deployment support.
- Delivery: Contribute to the completion of deliverables, including requirements documentation, solution concept documents, and infrastructure builds.
- Environment Management: Lead the maintenance of environment readiness, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access.
- Change Management: Provide technical expertise in release and deployment management, change management, and problem/incident management.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to RLSO technical solutions.
- Client Support: Provide technical expertise in completing client-side elements, such as desktop package certification and installation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Siebel Expertise: Deep understanding of Siebel CRM, including configuration, customization, BIP Reports, Web Services, SQL, XML, DHTML/HTML, and JavaScript.
- Oracle Technology Stack: Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, and other Oracle technologies.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- ITIL and Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in ITIL service management practices and Agile development methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Unix/Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and networking concepts.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
